The face behind the Jerk
Jerk Royale started as a humble family recipe from my mother's kitchen. The love and care that went into the recipe, inspired me to develop what my mother had started and create my own.
Working alongside my wife, she suggested I try some new exotic flavours to take the jerk to the next level, after much taste testing, a range of distinct tasting marinades were born.
After witnessing the success of Levi Roots across the commercial market in Europe, I decided to seize the opportunity to commercialise my recipe in an endeavour to create a life long legacy for my family.
